NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S DECLARATION INTEGRITY INFORMATION

Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") are referred to the results of annual general meeting ("AGM")
announcement published on SENS on Friday, 27 March 2026 wherein Shareholders were advised, inter alia, that the
ordinary resolution pertaining to the nomination of Mr Sean Andrew Reid as a director of the Company was approved
by the requisite majority of votes cast by Shareholders present or represented by proxy at the AGM.

In compliance with paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company confirms that, following receipt of
the completed director's declaration in terms of Schedule 1 to the JSE Listings Requirements in respect of Mr Reid,
there are no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information contained in his director's declaration.
