EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC263 NOTES ("IVC263 NOTES")

IVC268 Notes in terms of item 45(a) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
