EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE Q1 FINANCIAL RESULTS
FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 31 MAY 2026
SEM approval of extension of deadline to publish results
Shareholders are advised that the audit for the year ending 28 February 2026 has been finalised
and the results have been published.
However, due to the Company focussing its attention on finalising the Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 28 February 2026, as well as the restated 2025 comparative
numbers for publication by 15 July 2026, the Company has been unable to finalise the results for
the period ending 31 May 2026 ("Q1") until the audit was completed.
Due to this, the Company has applied for, and received, formal approval from the SEM for an
extension to publish the Q1 31 May 2026 results on or before 5 August 2026.
Shareholders are also advised that due to the restatement of the results for the year ended
28 February 2025, the comparative information in the quarterly results for the periods ended
31 May 2026, and ending 31 August 2026 and 30 November 2026, will also be restated.
Numeral Ltd has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on
the AltX of the JSE.
This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The
Board of Directors of Numeral Ltd accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information
