DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(1) and section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (the "Companies
Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Brimstone's indirectly held, wholly owned subsidiary, the Group's treasury vehicle, Septen Investments
Proprietary Limited ("Septen") has, in aggregate, acquired a further interest in the Ordinary shares of
Brimstone, such that Septen's entire beneficial interest now amounts to 5.04% of the total number of
Ordinary shares in issue.
The board of directors of Brimstone ("Board") accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement and confirms that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, such information is true and
this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information. The Board
has relied on the accuracy of the information contained in the notification received from Septen in making
this statement.
Brimstone, as required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
