RELEASE OF INVESTOR PRESENTATION
The board of directors ("the Board") of Sentinel Finco (RF) Limited ("Sentinel") provides the
following update to noteholders and the market.
Sentinel operates an asset-backed note programme (the "Programme"), which completed its maiden
issuance on 1 March 2022. The Board has reviewed the historical performance of the portfolio of
Participating Assets held by Sentinel since inception of the Programme. Based on this review, the
Board is satisfied that portfolio performance has remained well within the parameters contemplated at
the time of Programme establishment, including with respect to collections and credit performance.
The Board has further noted that the Originator (as defined in the Programme Memorandum) has
recently concluded certain business arrangements which are expected to support increased
origination volumes of credit agreements. These arrangements do not involve changes to the
Eligibility Criteria applicable to Participating Assets, nor to the credit underwriting standards applied by
the Originator.
In light of the anticipated increase in origination volumes over time, Sentinel expects that the scale
and frequency of Note issuances under the Programme may increase relative to historical issuance
levels.
Sentinel has prepared an investor presentation providing background information on the Programme,
the structure, and the operational context described above. The presentation has been made publicly
available and can be accessed on the "Investor Relations" section of the Sentinel Homes website at:
