Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
their imminent option expiry on 31 May 2019 (see the related securities above).

In the event that the Put Strike Price of the Put exceeds the Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date, the Put Option
will be automatically exercised, the Holders will sell the Holder Underlying Securities to the Issuer and the Put Strike
Price will automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 06 June 2019.

In the event that the Final Reference Price exceeds the Put Strike Price on the Expiry Date the Put Option shall expire
out of the money and Holders will be obliged to pay the Premium to the Issuer. The Issuer will sell the Holders Underlying
Securities for the Final Reference Amount and the proceeds, less the Premium, will automatically accrue to the Holder
via instruction through STRATE on 06 June 2019. Holders who wish to receive delivery of the remaining Underlying
Securities will need to inform Investec Bank in writing by close of business on the 28 May 2019.

Each Holder may elect and request to reinvest into a new quantity of ESPs (“the new ESP”). The terms and conditions
of the new ESP series will be governed by a new Pricing Supplement. Investec will, if so elected by the Holder, settle
any amount due to Holder pursuant to the expiry of the existing ESPs by allocation of new ESPs which will be listed on
or before 21 June 2019. Holders of ESPIBU will be notified on 03 June 2019 and to the extent applicable, the number
of new ESPs that will be allocated per each ESPIBU.
