Notice is hereby given that interest payment number 3 has been declared in respect of the IBLUSD
senior unsecured inward listed notes (the “Notes”) by Investec Bank Limited (the “Issuer”) for the
interest period starting on 01 November 2018 and ending on and including 31 October 2019,
amounting to a gross interest of 2.31796 USD per Note, converted to 34.34498 ZAR (using a
ZAR/USD exchange rate of 14.8169 cents per Note as at 14 October 2019), payable to the Note
holders thereof as recorded in the books of the Issuer at the close of business on Friday,
25 October 2019.
