NOTIFICATION OF REPURCHASE: RDFG10


Noteholders are advised of the repurchase of RDFG10 notes from the current noteholders on 20 August
2026 in accordance with condition 9.11 (Purchases) of the terms and conditions of the notes as detailed in
ZAR30,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 21 July 2021.

The RDFG10 notes were repurchased at the full capital value of ZAR850,000,000.00 plus accrued interest
of ZAR16,203,305.48.

Following the repurchase, the RDFG10 notes will be cancelled and delisted, and Redefine will have
ZAR24,135,000,000 outstanding in terms of the ZAR30,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 21 July 2021.
