CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SuperDrive (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders of the following changes to the
Board with effect from 1 August 2026:
- Mr Roger Gerardus Rooden has resigned as an executive director and a member of the social and ethics
committee.
The Board thanks Mr Rooden for his invaluable contribution to SuperDrive during his tenure and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
In accordance with SuperDrive’s policy relating to the nomination of directors:
- Mr Andreas Koser has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the social and ethics
committee, replacing Mr Rooden.
Mr Koser previously served as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of SuperDrive until
30 September 2021, when he stepped down following the completion of his assignment in South Africa
and his appointment to a new role in Europe.
Mr Koser brings more than 29 years of experience within the BMW Group and holds a master’s in business
administration. Throughout his distinguished career with the BMW Group, Andreas has built a strong track
record across finance and business leadership roles. His professional values of trust, reliability,
collaboration and solution orientation have been central to his success and will serve SuperDrive well.
The Board welcomes Mr Koser back and looks forward to his continued contribution to SuperDrive.
