Blue Diamond has repurchased the entire issues of BDX36, BDX37 and BDX40 Senior Secured Floating Rate Note issued 
under its Secured Note Programme and has requested the JSE Limited to de-list BDX36, BDX37 and BDX40 notes effective 
15 August 2025.
