CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the following directors' appointment and retirement of The Thekwini
Warehousing Conduit (RF) Limited with effect from 30 April 2025.

The appointment of:

-   Ms Nikeziwe Grace Nzimande as a non-executive director, duly nominated in accordance with the
    governance procedures of SA Home Loans, as Servicer to the Issuer to replace Mr. Gary Thomas Sayers
    who will voluntarily resign; and

The resignation of:

-   Mr Gary Thomas Sayers as a non-executive director, due to his voluntary resignation.
