CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - DECLARATION OF ORDINARY DIVIDEND

Shareholders are advised that the Rand amount of the dividend was correct in the SENS
announcement published on 31 July 2025, but the cents amount was incorrect.

•   The gross local dividend is R0.001 (0.1 cent) per share for shareholders exempt from
    Dividends Tax
•   The net local dividend is R0.008 (0.08 cents) per share for shareholders liable for Dividends
    Tax

Shareholders are reminded that the following dates are applicable to the dividend: The last
day to trade to be eligible for the dividend will be Tuesday, 19 August 2025. Shares will trade
ex-dividend from Wednesday, 20 August 2025. The record date will be Friday, 22 August 2025
and payment of the dividend will be made on Monday, 25 August 2025.
