Hammerson will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on
Wednesday, 25 February 2026.

The Company's full year results presentation to analysts will be held at 8.00 am at the offices
of Peel Hunt, 100 Liverpool St, London EC2M 2AT. Full details of the Company's full year
