NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Notice is given to shareholders of Momentum Group that the 23rd AGM, for
the year ended 30 June 2024, will be held at 08:30 on Thursday, 21 November
2024, at the Momentum Group offices, 268 West Avenue, Centurion.

The notice of the AGM is available on the Group's website at

meeting and has also been posted to shareholders together with the
summarised audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June
2024, which contain no changes to the audited annual financial statements
published on Friday, 27 September 2024.
