Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 19 January 2026 regarding the listing
approval and the initial public offering ("IPO")for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the results of the IPO.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the IPO is for an amount of R 22 773 953 (Twenty Two Million Seven
Hundred and Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Three rands only).
