CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the 'Results of Annual General Meeting' announcement ("Announcement") released on
SENS on 13 August 2025 and are advised that Ordinary Resolution 6 erroneously referred to the Company's
independent external auditor as 'Moore South Africa', as also reflected in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and
Form of Proxy incorporated in the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("Integrated Report")
distributed to shareholders on 1 July 2025. The correct name of the Company's independent external auditor is 'Moore
Johannesburg Inc'.

Shareholders are further advised that elsewhere in the Integrated Report, the Company's independent external auditor
was correctly disclosed as Moore Johannesburg Inc.

All other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
