INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST DETAILS


Shareholders are advised that the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2025 will be published
on Thursday, 20 November 2025. The results will be available on the Company's website using the following link:
https://www.deltafund.co.za/financial-results/.

A results briefing will be held via webcast on 25 November 2025 at 12:30 SAST. The webcast can be accessed via the
following link: https://www.corpcam.com/DPF25112025

Participants will be able to post questions in the chat function of the webcast for discussion during the open floor 
session post the briefing.

A presentation will be made available on the day of the briefing on the Company's website at:
