TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2025

Altron is currently in the process of finalising its interim financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2025
("H1 FY26"), which will be released on SENS on 3 November 2025. Shareholders are referred to the voluntary
operational update published on SENS on 28 August 2025.

The Company provides the following trading statement regarding expected headline earnings per share ("HEPS")
and earnings per share ("EPS") for H1 FY26, compared to the six months ended 31 August 2024 ("H1 FY25"):
