TRANSFER OF PRESCRIBED OFFICER’S INTEREST IN BALWIN PROPERTIES LIMITED


Shareholders are advised that Ulrich Gschnaidtner (“Mr Gschnaidtner”), the Chief Projects Officer of Balwin,
disposed of his personal shareholding in the company to Gschnaidtner Holdings (Pty) Ltd, of which Mr
Gschnaidtner is the sole shareholder and director.

The rationale for the transaction is that Mr Gschnaidtner is establishing a family office with a holding company to
administer his financial affairs.
