NAME CHANGE AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the circular issued by the Company on Wednesday, 27 May 2020
(“Circular”) relating to the proposed name change of the Company to “Luxe Holdings Limited”
(“Name Change”) and the consolidation of the Company’s share capital on a 100 to 1 basis
(“Consolidation”) and to the subsequent announcement released by the Company on SENS
on Friday, 26 June 2020 advising shareholders that the special resolutions relating to the
Name Change and Consolidation were passed by the requisite majority of Taste shareholders
at the general meeting of the Company on the same date (“Special Resolutions”).

Shareholders are advised that the Special Resolutions were registered with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission on 7 July 2020 and, accordingly, the salient dates and
times of the Name Change and Consolidation, as previously published on SENS and set out
in the Circular, will be amended as set out below.

 short name "LUXE" and ISIN ZAE000286035 from the
 commencement of trade

 Date for trading in consolidated shares under the new                  Wednesday, 22 July
 ISIN ZAE000286035 commences

 Announcement released on SENS in respect of the cash                   Thursday, 23 July
 payment applicable to fractional entitlements, based on the
 volume weighted average price of consolidated shares traded
 on Wednesday, 22 July 2020, less 10%, by 11:00 am on

 Forms of surrender for new certificates to be received by the           Friday, 24 July
 transfer secretaries in order for new certificates reflecting the
 consolidation to be posted on Monday, 27 July 2020, by
 12:00 on

 Record date for the Name Change and Consolidation at the                Friday, 24 July
 close of business

 Date that accounts of dematerialised shareholders at their              Monday, 27 July
 CSDP or broker will be updated and will receive fraction
 allocation payments

 Date of issue of new replacement share certificates, provided           Monday, 27 July
 that the old share certificates have been lodged by 12:00 on
 the record date (Friday, 24 July 2020), on or about (share
 certificates received after this time will be posted within five
 business days of receipt)
