Redemption Announcement - “SBEN48”

Holders of the listed SBEN48 Equity Index Linked Notes (“the
Notes”) which are redeeming on 22 September 2026 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on 14
September 2026 as 239.16.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on 22 September 2026 an amount of 160 000
   South African cents per Note.


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on 22 September 2026, the Notes (SBEN48) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on 23 September 2026.
