CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

noteholders are hereby advised of the following directors' appointment and retirement of Amber House
Fund 5 (RF) Limited with effect from 30 April 2025.

The appointment of:

-   Mr Gary Thomas Sayers       as a non-executive director, duly nominated in accordance with the
    governance procedures of SA Home Loans, as Servicer to the Issuer to replace Mr Derek Hamilton
    Lawrence who will retire; and

The retirement of:

-   Mr Derek Hamilton Lawrence as a non-executive director, due to retirement.
