Redemption Announcement - “SBEN65”

Holders of the listed SBEN65 Equity Index Linked Notes (“the
Notes”) which are redeeming on Monday, 14 September 2026 (“the
Maturity Date”) are informed that the level of the index was
determined and calculated on Monday, 07 September 2026 as
130,362.70.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on the Maturity Date     an   amount   of
   122,060.98 South African cents per Note.


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on the Maturity Date, the Notes (SBEN65) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.
