APPLICATION FOR LISTING OF SHARES UNDER GENERAL AUTHORITY


Shareholders are advised that Labat has applied to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of
374 662 678 ordinary shares of no par value ("the Shares"), at an issue price of 14 cents
issued under the general authority to issue shares for cash granted by shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting held on 2 December 2025.

The issue price of 14 cents per share represents a premium to the Company's prevailing
market price, but reflects a significant discount to the Company's underlying asset value
of 25 cents per share.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Following the listing,
the Company's issued share capital has increased from 1 293 256 224 to 1 667 918 902
ordinary shares.
