As announced on 13 May 2025, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes ("Autocalls"), hereby notifies Holders of
the automatic Exercise on 27 May 2025 (see the related securities above).

On 27 May 2025 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls were Exercised
and expired on 27 May 2025. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:
