TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026

In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, issuers are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
reasonably certain that the results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the published
results for the previous corresponding period.

Nu-World is in the process of finalising its results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 and shareholders are
accordingly advised that the Company expects to report:

  -   earnings per share ("EPS") of between 225.4 and 232.5 cents, being an increase of between 28% and 32%, when
      compared to the EPS of 176.1 cents for the six months ended 28 February 2025; and

  -   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 224.5 and 231.5 cents, being an increase of between 28% and
      32%, when compared to the HEPS of 175.4 cents for the six months ended 28 February 2025.

Nu-World's results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 are expected to be published on or about 9 April 2026.
