SHORT FORM ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL
FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 AND AVAILABILITY OF BBBEE
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the Group's Integrated Annual Report containing the audited consolidated
annual financial results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2025 were published on SENS on 30 June
2025 ("Full Announcement").

Shareholders are reminded that the accounting policies applied for the year ended 31 March 2025 have
been updated to account for the change in preparation of financial reporting from an investment entity
approach to one of consolidation. Given the change, there are no comparatives for the Group.

Financial highlights

The financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025 are set out below:

    -   Revenue of R1.9 billion for the Group.

    -   Operating Profit of R243 million for the Group.

    -   Headline earnings per share of 141.91 cents and basic earnings per share of 137.34 cents for both
        ordinary and preference shares of the Group.

    -   No dividend has been declared in respect of the current period.

Audit Report

Forvis Mazars has issued an unmodified audit opinion on the audited financial statements for the year
ended 31 March 2025. The auditor's report does not necessarily report on all the information contained in
this announcement. Shareholders are therefore advised that in order to obtain a full understanding of the
nature of the auditor's engagement, they should obtain a copy of the auditor's report together with the
accompanying financial information.

Annual compliance report – Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 46 of 2013 (the "Act")

In accordance with Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements, notice is given that the
