("Toyota Financial Services" or the "Issuer" or the "Group") TRADING UPDATE
Toyota Financial Services is in the process of finalising its audited consolidated and separate annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY2025") and wishes to provide a trading update with regard to the Group's expected financial performance for FY2025.
The Issuer hereby advises noteholders that a reasonable degree of certainty exists, that the Issuer expects the Group's profit before tax for FY2025 to be between R840 million and R860 million, being an increase of between 11% and 13%, respectively, when compared to the Group's profit before tax for the year ended 31 March 2024 of R758 million.
The increase in the Group's profit before tax was driven by an increase in the asset portfolio, resulting in an increase in interest income generated, along with a stabilisation of the IFRS 9: Financial Instruments provisions.
The financial information on which this trading update is based, has not been reviewed or reported on by the Issuer's external auditors. The Issuer expects to release its audited annual financial statements for FY2025 on or about 13 June 2025. 6 June 2025 Debt Sponsor Questco Proprietary Limited Date: 06-06-2025 10:00:00
