Introduction to the Nu-World

Nu-World is a company incorporated and domiciled in South Africa with subsidiaries in Australia, Brazil, Dubai and
Hong Kong. The main business of Nu-World and its subsidiaries include the importing, assembling, marketing and
distribution of branded consumer goods.

Interim Results

The board of directors of Nu-World ("Board") presents the Company's unaudited condensed consolidated financial
results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 ("Interim Results"), which are prepared in accordance with the
requirements of the JSE Listings Requirements and the Companies Act of South Africa.
