APPOINTMENT OF BITCOIN STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Africa Bitcoin Corporation wishes to notify shareholders that the Company has appointed Dr Saifedean Ammous,
economist and author, in an advisory capacity as Bitcoin Strategic Advisor. Dr Ammous is internationally recognised for
his work on monetary economics, including as author of "The Bitcoin Standard" and "The Principles of Economics".

The Company's Africa-focused strategy aligns closely with several of the themes explored in his published work,
particularly the interaction between sound money, long-term capital formation and economic productivity. His
appointment reflects a shared interest in how Bitcoin-based treasury principles may be applied within emerging markets
and developing economies, specifically Africa.

In this advisory capacity, Dr Ammous will provide periodic high-level economic and treasury-related insights to the
Company's executive management team. The role is non-executive and carries no decision-making or fiduciary authority
within the Company, nor will Dr Ammous be appointed to the board of directors of Africa Bitcoin Corporation. His
contribution will be conceptual in nature and is intended to support management's internal thinking.

The Company expects to benefit significantly from Dr Amouss's considerable expert knowledge of the Bitcoin eco
system and looks forward to working with him.
