His qualifications include B Comm, B Acc Honours, CA(SA) and ACMA (UK) and he has an extensive and successful background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate leadership, corporate finance, governance, business re-engineering, real estate development, stakeholder management and good experience in working in Africa. Khati was previously an executive at Sun International Limited, his latest role being Director of Strategic Projects, and serves on the boards of ENX Group Limited and certain Sun International companies. The Board believes that Khati's experience and insights make him a fitting candidate to contribute positively to STADIO Holdings' strategic objectives as the Group continues to widen access to quality higher education with the aim of reaching 100 000 students in time.
