Pursuant to paragraph 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listing Requirements, noteholders 
are hereby advised that Mr. Monale Ratsoma, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer has 
been appointed as the Debt Officer of the Issuer with effect from 17 April 2025. This follows the resignation 
of Mr Leslie Warren Maasdorp as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Debt Officer of the Issuer.
