Shareholders are advised that the Company has been notified that Steyn Capital Management (Pty)
Ltd, ("Steyn Capital"), has disposed of an interest in the participating preference shares of Goldrush,
such that Steyn Capital's interest amounts to 4.99% of the total issued preference shares of Goldrush.
