Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms bear the same meanings to that in the circular (the "Circular")
distributed to shareholders on Monday, 30 September 2024.
Burstone is please to announce that following the approval of all the resolutions relating to the Proposed
Transaction at the General Meeting held on 28 October 2024, the Proposed Transaction was declared
unconditional and has, on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, successfully closed in accordance with the terms of
the Sale Agreement.
