Notification of appointment of a director
In compliance with paragraphs 6.39 and 6.40 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Transsec 4 (RF) Limited (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders that
Mrs Sara Olivier has been appointed as an executive director of the Issuer with effect from 5
October 2021.
Sara has worked for the SA Taxi group for over 6 years, in various financial management functions.
Sara qualified as a CA (SA) in 2009 and started her career with EY. As a Senior Manager she
managed large listed clients where she gained vast experience in technical accounting,
consolidations, acquisitions, disposals and debt/equity raisings and excelled as a team leader. Sara
was appointed in the role of Finance Executive to the SA Taxi group in 2021. Her current
responsibilities include accounting, tax, group reporting, profitability, balance sheet optimisation
and financial control. Drawing on her experience garnered in the financial industry over the past 12
years, Sara continues to apply her strong leadership and technical abilities at SA Taxi and strives
for operational excellence within her team and the broader organisation.
The Board welcomes Sara and looks forward to her contribution towards assisting the Board in
achieving its objectives.
