Publication of 2025 Payments to Governments Report

Glencore plc announces that it has today published its Payments to Governments Report for
the year ended 31 December 2025 as required by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rule 4.3A R and 6.3.5 R, which is available on its website at
https://www.glencore.com/publications.

A copy of the 2025 Payments to Governments Report will be submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and should shortly be available for
inspection at: fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-
mechanism.
