Delay in availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025

The release of the City of Ekurhuleni's annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025
("FYE 2025 AFS") is delayed as the audit process for the period ended 30 June 2025 has not been
completed.

As soon as the audit process is completed and a tabling date for the next Council sitting is available, a
further announcement will be released with the expected date of availability of the FYE 2025 AFS.
