QUARTERLY UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT - SUSPENSION

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required
to provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the
Company until the suspension is lifted.

The annual financial statements ("AFS") for the year ended 31 December 2023 and
31 December 2024 have been prepared and submitted to the former auditors pending
any required audit adjustments arising from the 2023 AFS, for the former auditor to
consider reappointment.

In the interim the Company is also seeking new auditor proposals in order to try to speed
up the audits.

The Company will become compliant with the JSE Listings Requirements once it has
issued its audited AFS for both 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024, the Annual
Reports have been distributed to shareholders and the interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025 are published.
