Centrafin is pleased to announce that the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") has formally approved its
R3 billion Asset-Backed Note Programme ("Programme Memorandum") on 26 September 2025. This
milestone marks a significant step in Centrafin's strategic growth, enabling the Company to issue secured,
limited recourse notes to support its ongoing investment in high-quality, income-generating assets. The
programme reflects Centrafin's commitment to structured finance innovation and its role in deepening South
Africa's capital markets.
The first financial instruments that are being issued and listed in terms of its Programme Memorandum are as
follows:
