                           Extension of Cleansing Prospectus Offer Period

Kore Potash (AIM: KP2, ASX: KP2, JSE: KP2, A2X: KP2), the potash development company with 97%
ownership of the Kola Potash Project ("Kola" or the "Kola Project") and Dougou Extension ("DX")
Potash Project in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo ("RoC"), refers to the offer to
certain investors to apply for up to 7,000 CDIs in the capital of the Company at an issue price of
AUD0.058 per CDI as announced in its Cleansing Prospectus dated 21 November 2025 ("Offer").

Kore Potash advises that the Directors have resolved to extend the Closing Date of the Offer to 5.00pm
(Sydney time) on 31 May 2026, subject to the right of the Company to close the Offer early or further
extend the Closing Date.

The revised timetable for the Offer is set out below:

* These dates are indicative only and may change without notice. The Directors reserve the right to
bring forward or extend the Closing Date at any time after the Opening Date without notice. As such,
the date the CDIs are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary with any change in the Closing
Date.

As set out in the Cleansing Prospectus, the primary purpose of the Cleansing Prospectus is to remove
any trading restrictions on the sale of any securities issued by the Company without disclosure under
Chapter 6D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prior to the Closing Date.
