In accordance with the FTSE/JSE announcement on 03 January 2025, the SWIX indices will be
decommissioned on the 31 December 2025 (Termination Date). As a result, the Equity Index Linked
Note, as tabulated below, sponsored by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited ("the Issuer")
under its Structured Note Programme ("the Programme") which can be found on the Issuer's website
will be amended as of 30 December 2025 by the deletion of the relevant SWIX Index and the replacement
thereof with the relevant replacement index together with the relevant Initial Index Level as of
the relevant strike date.
