Notice To Noteholders Regarding The Release Of The Issuer’s Audited Summary Consolidated
Financial Statements For The Year Ended 31 December 2020

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by the Issuer on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 4 March 2021, in relation to its audited summary consolidated financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2020 (the “Results Announcement”).

The Results Announcement provided security holders with the key financial results, salient features,
key performance highlights and Santam’s response to the impact of COVID-19 in relation to the
Issuer’s audited summary consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.

Noteholders are advised that:
   1. PricewaterhouseCoopers expressed an unmodified review opinion on the audited
       consolidated financial statements in their report dated 3 March 2021. The full report is
       available on https://www.santam.co.za/media/2686141/2020-afs.pdf; and
   2. The Results Announcement is only a summary of the information in the full audited summary
       consolidated financial statements announcement (the "full announcement") and any
       investment decision by noteholders should be based on consideration of the full
       announcement that was released on 4 March 2021 and which can be found on the Issuer’s
       website at https://www.santam.co.za/media/2686141/2020-afs.pdf. Copies of the full
       announcement may also be requested at the company's registered office, at no charge, during
       office hours at the investor relations department.

Noteholders are advised to refer to the Results Announcement for further details in this regard.
