CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, noteholders are hereby advised that, with effect from 31 March 2026:

-    Mr Themba Ngubeni has resigned as an Executive Operations Director of KOBWA; and

-    Mr Monde January has resigned as an Executive Corporate Services Director of KOBWA.

Both resignations have been accepted by the board of directors of KOBWA ("Board") through a
resolution taken on the 2nd April 2026.

The Board, together with the Joint Water Commission, wishes to thank the two outgoing Executive
Directors for their invaluable contribution to KOBWA and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

The Board has initiated the recruitment process for their successors and will make further
announcements in due course.
