The Final Terms dated 4 June 2026 relating to the issuance by Hammerson plc (the 'Issuer')
of EUR 350 million 3.875% per. cent notes due 2031 (the 'Notes') are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
of the Issuer (the 'Programme').
