Changes to the Board
Jubilee, the Zambia copper focused producer, announces that Nicholas Taylor has notified the Company of his
resignation from his position as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Appointed in 2020, Nicholas is chair of Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee
and a former member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee. A new chair and members of these
committees will be appointed in due course.

during his time with the Company."
