TRADING STATEMENT In terms of 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("the Listings Requirements"), a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from the previous corresponding period. Preference shareholders are advised that Goldrush expects the Group HEPS and EPS to be between 130 cents and 150 cents per share for the year ended 31 March 2025. No Group comparatives are available given that this is the first year of consolidation. The Company HEPS and EPS is expected to be between 4 cents and 6 cents per share compared to a headline loss and loss of 51.42 cents per share as at 31 March 2024. The contents of this trading statement and the financial information on which it has been based have not been reviewed, audited or reported on by the Company's auditors.
