PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OF
NOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the Programme).

The Issuers prepared the first supplement dated 18 August 2021 (the First
Supplement in respect of Notes) which is supplemental to, and should be
read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 1 June 2021 (the
Base Prospectus in respect of Notes), in respect of Notes issued under
the Programme.

The Issuers prepared the first supplement dated 18 August 2021 (the First
Supplement in respect of Warrants) which is supplemental to, and should
be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 1 June 2021 (the
Base Prospectus in respect of Warrants), in respect of Warrants issued
under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared the first supplement dated 18 August 2021 (the First
Supplement in respect of Certificates) which is supplemental to, and
should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 1 June 2021
(the Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates), in respect of
Certificates issued under the Programme.

The First Supplement in respect of Notes, the First Supplement in
respect of Warrants and the First Supplement in respect of Certificates
are collectively referred to as the (Supplements).
