Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are advised that Company's Integrated
Annual Report ("Integrated Report"), incorporating the summarised consolidated group
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Summarised Financial
Statements") and the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("Notice of
AGM"), was dispatched to Shareholders today, 2 October 2025.
