Shareholders are referred to the ongoing suspension in trading of the Company's shares on the JSE which came into effect on 3 June 2025. Trading in the Company's shares remain suspended due to the inability of the Company to publish its Audited Annual Financial Statements ("AFS") and Integrated Annual Report ("IAR") incorporating the notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") for the year ended 31 December 2024 within the prescribed period. Shareholders are further advised that Wesizwe has revised the timeline for publication of the AFS, IAR and Notice of AGM and the 29 August 2025 reporting deadline is no longer achievable due to the status of the audit, which is currently undergoing a final review and close out process. The audit process will be finalised by 30 September 2025, and Wesizwe expects to obtain sign-off for the publication of the AFS and distribution of the IAR incorporating Notice of AGM by no later than 30 September 2025. The Company will request the JSE to lift the suspension once the AFS, IAR and Notice of AGM are published. Wesizwe will continue to keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
