UPDATE: PROGRESS ON CONCENTRATOR PLANT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 June 2023 advising
on the delays to the commissioning of the processing plant at the Bakubung Platinum Mine
project ("Project") in Rustenburg as a result of defects identified in the initial test runs of the
plant.

In 2024 Wesizwe enlisted the services of experts to develop a comprehensive plant
rectification plan. An experienced contractor, Sinosteel, was brought on board to assist with
the rectification of the identified defects that included, but were not limited to, lube system
failure, excessive spillage on pulleys and trolleys and challenges with the hydraulic pump.
Since the initial announcement regarding the plant rectification, best efforts have been
invested to ensure Project success and to safeguard that the operation is able to commission
a fully operational processing plant that has capacity to meet the operation's future
production targets.

After months of working tirelessly to ensure the success of the plant rectification we are
happy to announce that the Company's plant rectification remains on track and has
commenced with the process of hot commissioning.

Further details will be communicated as soon as new information and progress is available.
